Session Policies
Booking & Payment
Your portrait session is confirmed once payment has been received. Payment reserves your dedicated studio time exclusively for you.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know as early as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate another suitable date, subject to availability.
Your Session
Your portrait session is fully guided from start to finish. No previous experience is required, and I’ll guide you with posing, expression and posture to create natural, confident portraits.
Image Delivery
Your selected portraits are professionally retouched and delivered digitally in high-resolution and web-optimised formats. RAW files are not included.
Image Storage
Please download and back up your delivered images after receiving them. Long-term storage of edited images and RAW files is not guaranteed.
Portfolio Use
Final approved images may be featured in the Martin Portrait portfolio, including the website and online channels. If complete confidentiality is required, please let us know before your session so this can be agreed in advance.
Copyright & Usage
Copyright of all photographs remains with Martin Portrait. Clients are welcome to use their final delivered images for personal and business purposes, including LinkedIn profiles, company websites, marketing materials and press features.
